Ingredients:
1 3/4 | cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 | cup butter |
1/2 | cup sugar |
1 1/4 | cups sugar |
24 | ounces cream cheese |
2 | teaspoons vanilla |
3 | eggs |
1 | teaspoon lemon juice |
1 | cup sour cream |
2 | tablespoons sugar |
1 | teaspoon lemon juice |
Instructions:
- CRUST:.
- Combine 1st 3 ingredients and press crust into springform pan.
- FILLING:.
- Mix ingredients #4 to #8 until smooth; pour into crust.
- Bake at 350 unti lthe cake does not jiggle (35-40 minutes).
- TOPPING:.
- Combine last 3 ingredients; mix until smooth.
- Spread over top of baked cheesecake.
- Place back in oven for 5 minutes.
